Spirit damage is ignored because most enemies resist it and it's damage over time. I have calculated DPS (damage per second), SPS (stamina per second) and Damage per used stamina for most weapoons when fully upgraded. For full hit chains the toal would be 3x because there are 3 hits. Knockback and staggering multipliers are per hit. Testing these is not 100% accurate so they can be 0.02 seconds off. Total shows the duration for the full chain. Pickaxe deals 75% less DPS than the mace.Ĭhain shows duration for each hit.Sledge deals 75% less DPS than the mace.Secondary further halves the DPS but is good at staggering. Battle axe has 10% less DPS and 20% less damage per stamina compared to maces.But there is no attack chain so it does good damage immediately. Spears have about 10% less DPS and 20% less damage per stamina compared to maces.Secondary attack further halves the DPS but is good at staggering. Atgeir has about 10% less DPS and 10% less damage per stamina compared to maces.Dagger secondary is waste of stamina so only use for backstab. Daggers have about half DPS but 10% more damage per stamina compared to maces.Only using the first strike does 40% less DPS. Doing the full attack chain is important.About same DPS (10% less for mace) but doubled stamina usage! So only useful for backstab / burst damage. ![]() ![]() Axes attack slower and deal about 13% less DPS.Sword and mace have same DPS but swords use 33% less stamina so they deal 50% more damage per stamina.For actual combat situations you should also consider enemy resistances, weapon skill, amount of knockback (pushing enemies can be both good and bad), staggering, AoE capabilities and so on.
